- Products with damaged seals caused by the customer
- Change of mind after delivery
- Fragrance preference dissatisfaction after use

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment
- A replacement product cannot be provided for damaged or incorrect items
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours
- Share order details along with product images/videos
- Our team will review the issue and arrange an exchange if approved
Exchange requests without proof may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by H Prime Official.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in certain cases.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Important Notes
- Slight packaging or color differences due to photography lighting are not considered defects.
- Fragrance longevity and projection may vary depending on skin chemistry and environmental conditions.
